School delays and closures in Pierce County due to snow

Some school districts in Pierce and King county are getting a late started or are canceled due to the icy commute. Below is the list:

Annie Wright Schools: 2 Hours Late

Auburn SD: 2 Hours Late, morning buses on snow routes. No out of District transportation. No breakfast, lunch will be served.

Bethel SD: 2 Hours Late, No preschool

Carbonado SD: 2 Hours Late. Limited Transportation.

Cascade Christian Schools: All schools start at 10:30 a.m. No morning kindergarten and no morning KPrep. Puyallup Early Learning and Fred. Early Learning opens at 8:30 a.m. Cougar Club Child Care opens at 8:30 a.m.

Charles Wright Academy: 2 Hours Late. Buses will run on a two-hour delay.

Clover Park SD: 2 Hours Late, no out-of-district transportation.

Clover Park Tech College: Opening at 10 a.m.

Enumclaw SD: Closed

Federal Way PS: Closed. All after school activities are canceled.

Fife SD: 2 Hours Late, no morning preschool, no out-of-district transportation.

Kent SD: Closed

Lakewood SD: 2 hours late, no preschool, no out of district transportation, no Skill Center.

Life Christian Academy: 10:00am start. No morning activities or before school care. Buses on delayed routes

Orting SD: 2 Hours Late, no morning preschool. There will be no breakfast served.

Pacific Lutheran Univ.: PLU will open late today. Offices will open at 10a.m., and classes will begin at 10a.m.

Pierce College: 2 Hours Late. All Pierce College sites will open at 10 a.m.

Puyallup SD: 2 Hours Late, no morning preschool, no out-of-district transportation. No elementary band/orchestra.

Steilacoom SD: 2 Hours Late,no morning preschool, no out-of-district transportation

Sumner-Bonney Lake SD: Closed, no out-of-district transportation.

Tacoma CC: 2 Hours Late.

University Place SD: 2 Hours Late. No out of district transportation. No preschool. No Zero Hour Classes.
